Building on market strategies he skilfully identifies the optimum root to market, capital raising and investment strategy, potential commissions and consultation with the experts in the categorical fields for the business plan. Interviewing and placing people in the appropriate roles, Max guides the business to the best long term plan in order to be successful. Max has a forte in R&D; Research and Development of brand and product or service for business and what steps to take, what budget and time line considerations, and potentially what capital investment or development of patents, if applicable, are needed.
